The national teams that will participate in the “Future WBA Champions” training camp, looking for the Olympic dream, started arriving the city to start the works carried out in the most important Olympic boxing event in the continent. Argentina, Colombia, and Venezuela were the first ones on stepping on Antioquia, and they already started their training planning.

All athletes arrived showing excitement and big expectations about the concentration, which will extend between this Saturday and the next February 11, with 3 days of fighting during 7, 8 and 9.

“We took the WBA Calling to assist this great camp, and we are eager about working in Medellin, and sharing with all of these national representatives. The idea is being 100% for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games”, assured former WBA Champion and current Argentina trainer, Mariano Carrera.

The rest of the ten teams that will participate will be arriving within the next few hours to Fill in Medellin with boxing and prepare for Tokyo 2020.

WBA set to work for boxing as one only, and it has created the biggest camp ever seen in the continent, with participation of 10 countries with the intention of providing the best tools to its participants.
