The renowned international judge and referee, Gustavo Padilla and Dr. Saul Saucedo, both members of the World Boxing Association (WBA), will work for the sports glories of Panama through an organization created by the Panamanian Institute of Sports (Pandeportes).

Padilla and Saucedo have been chosen by the institution and its president Eduardo Cerda as members of the directive board of this initiative, which intends to offer tools to the Panamanian sports glories so that they can remain productive after their sports careers.

They will be given psychological, social and general health support to integrate them into the occupational-financial field.

Saucedo assured that they will work hand in hand with national sports federations and associations to give them the necessary preparation to make effective and correct decisions after their retirement, to maintain a good quality of life and to continue contributing to society from various roles.
