Aragon dominated Juarez and took the 108-pound WBA Fedecentro title

Axel Aragon won the World Boxing Association (WBA) Fedecentro Light Flyweight title by defeating Saul Juarez on Friday night at the Osceola Heritage Park Events Center in Kissimmee, Florida.

The Mexican fighter won the unanimous decision with cards of 98-92, 100-90 and 100-90 after 10 rounds in which he dominated widely and with authority to wear the regional belt of the oldest organization in the world.

Aragon is a young 20 year old boxer who wants to move up in the world boxing ranks and hopes this belt puts him at the doors of better opportunities in a division that has a lot of talent and competitiveness.

The native of Mexico City improved his record to 14 wins, 3 losses, 1 draw and 8 KOs, while Juarez was left with a record of 25 wins, 12 losses, 2 draws and 13 KOs.
