On Saturday, March 28 the WBA-WBO unified flyweight champion, the Mexican Juan Francisco “gallo” Estrada will defend his belts against the filipino Rommel Asenjo at the Poliforum Zamna, in Merida, Mexico.

WBO appointed the referee José Rivera, and the judges Roberto Ramírez (PUR) and Joe García (US). The supervisor will be Rolando Marcos Hermoso.

The WBA appointed Raúl Nieves (PUR) as judge and Aurelio Fiengo (PAN) as supervisor.

“Gallo” Estrada (31-2, 22 KO) trusts to defeat his opponent whom he knows as a strong boxer, with a good punch and assures attached he will be careful, he also says he is not concerned about Asenjo (26-3, 20 KO), being Southpaw because he has already faced several, but it will not be trusted at any time.
