Exercises at home for the quarantine

We must elaborate a training plan according to our needs

Choose a good space. It can be the living room, hallways of the building, among others.

Condition the area with whatever you have at hand, (rubber bands, jumping ropes, dumbbells, etc.)

You can stretch and warm up in small spaces, the stairs are a good for jogging.

Once you are ready, you can start the exercises indicated in the post.
