Haitian Evens Pierre (23-1, 16 KO’s) and Nicaraguan Rene “Super Chirizo” Gonzalez (31-6-1, 23 KO’s) both weighed 134.25 pounds to dispute the vacant lightweight WBA Fedelatin title on Saturday night at the Karibe Convention Center in Port Au Prince, Haiti.

Boxe Internationale promotion includes another fight for a vacant Fedelatin belt between local Azea Augustama (17-2, 9 KO’s) who weighed 174 lbs. and Dominican hard puncher Andy Perez (19-1, 18 KO’s) who registered the light heavyweight division limit (175).

Former two division world champion, Mexican Edgar Sosa (50-8, 30 KO’s) weighed 111.75 to give a rematch to Panamanian Carlos Melo (22-18, 2 KO’s) who weighed 112.75 lbs.

Jamaican ex world champion Alicia “Slick” Ashley (21-10-1, 3 KO’s) weighed 121.75 for an 8 rounds fight against Dominican Grecia Nova (12-21-4, 4 KO’s) who weighed 123.
