One of the most exciting events for the World Boxing Association (WBA) within the Convention schedule is “The Champion Visit Your Commune” activity, which aims to bring people much closer to boxing and their protagonists.
La Honda neighborhood will host several of the world champions that were invited to the Convention on Tuesday, October 31, during the morning. They will talk to young people about every sacrifice and the discipline needed to become great athletes and whole persons.
These boxers will be an inspiration for the youngest and will share a pleasant time with them. The goal is to demonstrate that boxing is a mean of social development, and practicing boxing is a way to get away from dangerous surroundings of some areas throughout Latin America.
