In the third defense of the crown of the super featherweight champion of the WBA, Leo “The Earthquake” Santa Cruz will face Miguel Flores on February 16th in 2019 in Los Angeles, California.

Santa Cruz comes into this fight after defeating Abner Mares. Before that he starred in two major battles against the Irishman Carl Frampton.

“The Earthquake”regained his belt before the English the belt of super champion of the WBA, and against Flores will be making the third defense of that belt.

Santa Cruz, one of the favorites of the division, fought for the last time in June and has a record of 35 wins, 19 knockouts, one defeat, and one draw.

Flores, on the other hand, has 23 wins, 11 knockouts, two losses, and reaches the most important fight of his career with a recent knockout over Raul Chirino.
