Nonthasith Petchnamthong will fight Suriname Satorn for the World Boxing Association (WBA) South Asia Bantamweight title this coming Saturday at the Suamlum Night Bazaar in Bangkok, Thailand.

Thailand’s Petchnamthong, who last August 29th beat Arnon Yupang and won the the same belt but in the Featherweight category, has now lost weight after achieving that important victory.

He will fight his countryman Satorn, who has more than 60 professional fights and multiple fights for national and regional titles at his 38 years of age.

Both need a victory to move up in the rankings and get better opportunities for the future.
