Panama celebrated the sixth edition of the Gilberto Mendoza Festival with an amateur boxing event that featured great young talents from the Central American country.

In the month that marks six years of the departure of the president emeritus of the World Boxing Association (WBA), different events have been held, especially in Latin America, and Panama could not be left out.

The day was full of boxing, the best tribute that can be made to a man who gave everything in life for the sport he loved and left a great legacy.

The pioneer organization gave awards to the participants of the event and the attendance made the WBA proud. 

Thanks to Panama for such a beautiful event and for doing their part in the commemoration of President Emeritus Gilberto Mendoza.
