The XXIX WBA KO Drugs Latin American Boxing Festival will be broadcast live on the web page www.wbanews.comd on Saturday night direct from Santo Domingo Sheraton Hotel, Dominican Republic.

There will be two WBA world title fights, besides several regional title fights and it is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm (local time – GMT -4 hours).

Dominican Argenis “El Caballo” Lopez will defend his unbeaten against Colombiano Darleys Pérez fighting for the WBA lightweight title.

Lopez’ record id 19-0, 7 KO´s while Perez’ is 29-1, 19 KO´s.

The second battle will be for the WBA interim women Featherweight title between the local Dahiana Mendoza, 33-6, 14 KO´s, and the Colombian Francia Elena Bravo, 16-3-2, 9 KO´s.

The event will have several special guests like the WBA 126 world champion Nicholas Walters, the former world champions Roberto “Hands of Stone” Duran, Victor “Luvi” Calleja and Joan Guzman, beside the first class announcer Jimmy Lennon and the MLB Raul Mondesi, among other allies of the KO Drugs.
