Kazakhstan’s Zhan Kossobutskiy will fight Nigeria’s Onoriode Ehwarieme for the World Boxing Association (WBA) International Heavyweight title this Saturday at the Universum Gym in Hamburg, Germany.

It will be the main fight of the event, and both boxers are strong, powerful, and have good records. They promise an explosive clash because of their punching power, and the winner will have a great opportunity to climb the boxing world rankings.

Kossobutskiy starts as favorite thanks to his undefeated record. The Kazakhstan native has already been WBO regional champion and had two fights in 2020.

However, Ehwarieme also has a great record and held an IBF regional title in the past. The African is over two meters tall and stands more than 10 centimeters taller than his opponent, which is a trait he can use to his advantage.

Kossobutskiy has a record of 14 wins, no losses, and 13 KOs, while Ehwarieme comes with 18 wins, 1 loss, and 17 KOs.
