The Saitama Super Arena, an emblematic place for Japanese boxing, will host a clash between two local fighters in a world championship unification on November 1. The World Boxing Association (WBA) Super Light Flyweight Champion, Hiroto Kyoguchi, will face WBC champion, Kenshiro Teraji, in a great duel.

Kyoguchi and Teraji are the two world’ top fighters in the division and the winner will remain as the king of the division.

The WBA champion is 28 and is undefeated. He comes from a great fight against Esteban Bermudez last June 10 in Mexico in which he defended his belt with a devastating performance.

Teraji, 30, has just regained his title after losing to Masamichi Yabuki in September 2021. He faced the same opponent in March this year and was able to come out on top to regain his belt.

Kyoguchi has 16 wins, is unbeaten and has knocked out 11 opponents. Teraji has 19 wins, 1 loss and also has 11 knockouts.
