Vietnam’s Dinh-Hoang Truong was named the WBA Boxer of the Month thanks to his good performance during March, in which he remained the regional champion of the pioneer body. 

Hoang Truong defended his super middleweight belt on March 25, when he defeated Korean Dae Hyun Baek by unanimous decision in 12 rounds in a fight held at the Saigon Sports Club in Ho Shi Minh City, Vietnam. 

With that triumph, he remains undefeated in his career and has grown considerably thanks to his efforts. He is becoming more and more known in his country and around Asia, and has been gaining space in recent years, which is great news for him and for Vietnamese boxing. 

The WBA congratulates Huong Troang on his award and the entire WBA Asia team for the great work they are doing around the continent and the opportunities they are providing for great talent.
