The World Boxing Association bantamweight interim titles that will be held on Saturday August 30 in Caracas will be scored with the half-point system.

The Venezuelan Mayerlin Rivas will fight the Mexican Arely Valente as the protagonists of the Challenge II that will take place at the José Beracasa Gym in the United Nations Park, in the Venezuelan capital. Gustavo Padilla (PAN) will be the referee and judges are Víctor Simons (Pan), Roberto Ramírez Jr and Luis Pabon (PR).

As co-star will be Yonfre Parejo and the Dominican Luis Hinojosa. Pabon referee and Simons, Ramírez Jr and Padilla will be in charge of the score cards.

Both fights are for the WBA interim bantamweight 115 lbs title, and they will both be supervised by the Panamanian Miguel Prado.

The third fight will be for the WBA FEDELATIN 105 lbs. Championship between Alexis Díaz and Armando Vazquez, and Ramírez Jr will be the referee.

The Challenge II weigh-in is scheduled to begin at 11 am on Friday, August 29 at the Marriot Hotel in Caracas.
