One of the fighters to watch out for during the “Maratón Boxística” (Boxing Marathon) on Thursday, in Puerto Colombia, will be the Venezuelan Olympic silver medalist, Yoel Finol. The bantamweight fighter will face Colombian Javier Martínez in search of his third victory in the professional field.

After winning the medal in Rio de Janeiro 2016, Finol jumped to the professional field and looked good in his first two fights, where he got the victory.

The southpaw boxer will fight Martínez, a fighter with more experience in professional boxing and who has already fought for the WBA-Fedelatin title in the past. Both are young (24 years old) and want to take an important step that will allow them to be spotted on the world stage.
