Hyun Mi Choi will return to the ring to defend her World Boxing Association (WBA) super featherweight title against Canadian Vanessa Bradford on Wednesday at the Olympic Park Gymnasium in Seoul, South Korea.

The 130-pound champion will make a new defense of the crown at home after a period of inactivity due to different reasons. Choi feels ready to retain her belt and prove that she is still one of the best in the world at her weight.

Her opponent will be Bradford, who arrives from Canada with good experience and a lot of motivation to win and surprise. Her main support is that she has already faced several of the best in the world such as Mikaela Mayer and Alycia Baumgardner, who coincidentally faced each other last weekend.

Choi has a record of 19 wins, no losses, 1 draw and 5 knockouts. Bradford has 6 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws.
