Andy Ruiz has been making headlines in recent days for his physical change and his work with Canelo’s team in this new stage. As he prepares his return to the ring, the Mexican-born American has spoken about several topics and among them about the possible fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury that could be this year.

“I think it will be an interesting fight. I fought Anthony Joshua, I haven’t fought Tyson Fury; he has a strange style, but I see Fury winning that fight. I wasn’t impressed with Joshua’s last fight, but he got the job done,” Ruiz told Little Giant Boxing’s YouTube channel.

“Maybe Fury will beat him, it depends on how weird he moves, if he boxes. Anthony hasn’t fought someone who boxes, who moves around, so we’ll see what happens,” completed the former champion.

Ruiz also talked about his relationship with Eddy Reynoso as a trainer and the way he feels in this team.

“It’s a blessing to be here. It’s very different from my last camp and where I was training, it’s all concentration and dedication, plus you have Canelo, Ryan Garcia, all these motivations that help you grow,” assured the fighter, who is preparing to return to the ring this year.
