The first boxing event with an audience in Germany will take place on Saturday, when Agit Kabayel and Evgenios Lazaridis will dispute the World Boxing Association (WBA) Continental Heavyweight Title. The event has sold out a thousand tickets.

Magdeburg’s Elbau Park will have a good atmosphere for the fight between the German and the Greek boxers, who want to step forward during this significant event since it will be the first to have fans in the venue after the pandemic break.

Covid-19 tests were performed on all participants and they were all negative, so the event is running smoothly and will follow all the necessary safety protocols.

Kabayel is undefeated in 19 fights, 13 of them won by the fast track. Lazaridis, on the other hand, has a record of 16 wins, 2 losses and 10 KOs.
