An explosive year begins for women’s boxing, which will be the main attraction on a luxury line-up on January 10 at the Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. There, Alicia Napoleon who was chosen as the 2018 female revelation will make the third defense of the World Boxing Association’s super-middleweight crown, while at the same time she will try to win the belt of her opponent: Scotland’s Elin Cederroos. She won the International Boxing Federation (IBF) crown in March 2019 against the tough Femke Hermans and this will be her first defense and also her debut in an American arena and against a tough opponent like “La Empresa”.
