Bopp retains WBA Mini Flyweight Title.

Yesica “La Tuti” Bopp retained her World Boxing Association (WBA) Mini Flyweight title last Saturday in Montevideo, Uruguay, where she defeated Colombian Olga Julio by unanimous decision.

Bopp controlled the fight in the 10 rounds. The Argentinean boxer did not allow Julio to develop her attack at any time. “La Tuti” was always accurate with her power punches.

The obvious supremacy of the champion gave her a perfect victory on the three judges’ cards: 100-90. Thus, “La Tuti” retained for the third time, in her second stage as a champion, her WBA belt at 108 pounds, and left her record at 32 victories, one defeat and 13 knockouts.
