The Isthmians want to take the best team possible to the qualifiers towards Tokyo 2020 and joining the camp organized by the WBA is a privilege for the Central American national team.

Panama will set foot in Colombia with a delegation of five athletes, four of them male and one female. Martín Pérez (52 kg), Magdiel Uloa (57 kg), Jonathan Miniel (63 kg), Eduardo Beckford (69 kg) and Atheyna Bylon (69 kg).

The team will be accompanied by trainers Jesús Martínez and Gustavo Caicedo, from Panama.

The Panamanian team joins the preparation camp for this year’s Olympic Games and will have the opportunity to meet with top-level teams such as Colombia, Venezuela, Italy, Uruguay, Puerto Rico, Argentina and Ecuador.
