Colombian Yuberjen Martinez will make his first professional fight this Friday at the Elias Chegwin Coliseum, in the city of Barranquilla, in Colombia, against Venezuelan Yeison Hernandez.

The silver medalist of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games will debut in professional boxing with high expectations due to the style he has shown in his amateur career. He is a strong fighter with a great volume of punches and will be making his first fight at flyweight and six rounds.

His opponent has 9 professional fights and has a positive record even though he is not at his best and has lost his two most recent fights. However, Hernandez has experience on his side and arrives with the motivation of having his first international experience.
