The World Boxing Association ordered the mini flyweight 105 lbs champion, Hekkie Budler and his team to negotiate his fight mandatory against Jesus Silvestre as indicated by Rule 11 Championships.

The Championships Committee gave 30 days to negotiate the mandatory fight between Budler and Wildlife, from time November 19 to December 19, 2014.

In case they do not reach an agreement by December 20, the WBA Championships Committee will summon a purse bid.
