WBA FEDELATIN logoThe title WBA FEDECARIBE welterweight 147 lb will be disputed on Saturday, February 7, at the Coliseo Guillermo Angulo of Carolina, Puerto Rico, when Rashidi Ellis and Víctor González enter the ring.

The fight will have local officials and the WBA supervisor will be Luvi Callejas.

North American Ellis with undefeated record of 13 fights with 10 KO´s will fight the Colombian Gonzalez whose record 12-9, 11 KO´s.

Other regional title fights were also approved.

The first will be for the Fedelatin 130 lbs vacant title between Juan Huertas (8-1, 7 KO’s) and Eder Espítia (9-1-3, 7 KO’s), in Febrero.

While in March, there will be two fights; the first Fedecaribe super lightweight between the Venezuelan Kelly Figueroa (7-2-3, 2 KO’s) against the Panamanian Isaís Valencia (5-3, 1 KO’s), and the other for the 115 lbs between Israel Hidrogo (10-4-1, 2 KO’s) and Gilberto Pedroza (11-3-2, 6 KO’s).
