The mega fight between Mexico’s Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Britain’s Billy Joe Saunders will feature a constellation of fighters from different nations, including Cuba, Senegal, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic, United States, Mexico, England, and Japan.

In the co-main fight, WBO Flyweight champion Elwin ‘La Pulga’ Soto of Mexico will defend his crown against Japanese former world champion Katsunari Takayama (32-8, 12 KOs).

Cuban and undefeated heavyweight Frank Sanchez (17-0, 13 KOs) will risk his immaculate position and promotion to the big leagues against experienced Dominican fighter Nagy Aguilera (21-10, 14 KOs).

Also, World Boxing Association (WBA) Inter-Continental Super Welterweight champion, British Kieron Conway (16-1, 3 KOs), will be defending his crown against African-French Soyleymane Cissokho (12-0, 8 KOs).

The decorated American Olympic boxer Keyshawn Davis (2-0, 2 KOs) will be defending his undefeated record against Mexican Jose Antonio Meza (6-4, 1 KOs), in the lightweight division, while his brother Kelvin Davis (1-0) will have his second professional fight against Jan Marsalek (8-2, 7 KOs) from the Czech Republic at 147 pounds.

In addition, we will have the performance of Californian Marc Castro (2-0) and Mexican welterweight Christian Alan Gomez Duran (19-2, 17 KOs), against opponents to be announced.

Matchroom Boxing expects 70,000 fans to attend the Cowboys Stadium for Canelo-Saunders, an event that will be streamed by the well-known platform DAZN.
