Bangkok will take center stage this Friday, October 23, as it hosts an intense regional showdown at 140 pounds. With local pride and continental ambitions on the line, Sirayakorn Chamjaiharn and Sukpasried Ponphita will square off in the Thai capital, with the WBA Asia South super lightweight title at stake.

Chamjaiharn will step into the ring looking to impose his dynamic pace and precise mid-range punching, relying on straight-punch combinations to keep his opponent’s forward pressure in check. Standing across from him, however, will be a determined Ponphita, ready to force exchanges at close quarters by relying on his physical strength and relentless body attack to break down his compatriot’s guard.

A high-energy matchup with little room for hesitation awaits between two fighters who know each other well. The winner in Bangkok will take a crucial step toward climbing the World Boxing Association’s continental rankings.
