The WBA-IBF light heavyweight unification title fight between WBA Super world champion, Beibut Shumenov, and the IBF world champion Bernard Hopkins, will have Earl Brown as referee, according to Washington DC boxing Commission.

The site will be DC Armory DC, on April 19. The judges in charge of the score cards will be the Panamanian Gustavo Padilla, and the North American Dave Moretti and Jerry Roth.

The supervisor will be Gilberto Jesús Mendoza.
