The World Boxing Association (WBA) Boxer of the Month award was given to Seniesa Estrada. The American managed to unify the WBA and WBC minimumweight crowns last March 25 against Tina Rupprecht and remains firm in her goal of becoming undisputed 105-pound champion. 

Estrada faced an undefeated champion like the German and managed to dominate her for 10 rounds with great sensations to retain her crown of the pioneer organization.

The judges’ scorecards were 100-99, which shows the solvency with which “Super Bad” won the victory and unified the championships. 

In addition to Estrada’s award, the WBA also released the March women’s rankings with all the corresponding moves and updates.
