The London Ex Boxers Association honored WBA super bantamweight 122 Lbs champion.

The boxer himself made the announcement, and publicly thanked the award “I feel very proud and honored to receive the award as the British fighter of the year by the London Ex Boxers Association.”

Quigg, 30-0-2, 22 KO’s, is professional since 2007 and was WBA Inter Continental in 2010, interim world champion since 2012 and regularl champion since 2013.

In 2014, Quigg made three defenses of the WBA title. He won two of them by TKO Tshifhiwa Munyai and Stephane Jamoye, and the other by decision against Hidenori Otake.
