The young German boxer, Ramona Graeff, won by unanimous decision of the judges; 99-91 on all three scorecards, against the experienced boxer from Venezuela, Alys Sanchez. Thus, Graeff won the World Boxing Association super featherweight gold belt on Friday, July 15.

The local fighter kept her fight plan from the beginning to the end: with the distance of the jab, moving constantly with a demonstration of a great command of the ring and a good physical condition, she overcame Sanchez who did not stop advancing in search of reducing the spaces to be able to enter in the melee that did not happen very often.

With economy of punches, throwing just enough and necessary, without letting her reach the tough Venezuelan, Graeff won her fourth professional fight and claimed a black and gold belt that allows her to continue to position herself among the greats.

For her part, the former WBA world champion, Alys Sanchez, has a record of 17 wins with 6 knockouts, 8 losses and 1 draw. And she will surely look for another opportunity to be crowned again.
