The World Boxing Association, Panamanian, Anselmo “Chemito” Moreno will have to face in a mandatory fight Dominican Juan Carlos Payano the second challenger of the division.

Previously, Moreno will make an optional fight, and then he has the obligation to fight Payano. Thus ordered by the WBA Championships Committee.

Also, the Super featherweight interim champion, Bryan Vazquez from Costa Rica, and the second challenger of the division Javier Fortuna, were ordered to submit signed contract by January 15, 2014.
