My dearest friends of boxing:

The significance of Christmas, no matter our religious beliefs, makes each individual unleash the most genuine spiritual values from our hearts. The Christmas tradition makes all of us do something positive for any fellow man in this world; from writing cheerful words, sharing a meal, sitting down in family or just giving gifts to each other, it is true time of humbleness, friendship and unity, a true time of family. 

Since the foundation of the World Boxing Association we have been characterized by a matchless asset: all our human talent, the WBA Family.  All of you, champions, promoters, managers, media, referees, judges and commissioners from the entire world have permitted us one more year of our permanence in this passionate sport of boxing.  

Without no doubt it inspires us to continue working with more strength and courage to develop a safe, fair and drug free boxing world.
