Marc Risman, a renowned American attorney, was appointed as Co-Counsel to the President of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Gilberto Jesus Mendoza, to attend various cases related to the activity of the pioneer organization. 

Risman will strengthen the legal side of the WBA as he is a very experienced man who has also worked in the sports field. He heads the Marc D. Risman Law Offices and is a practicing attorney licensed in California and Nevada. He has lectured in sports law and hotel law, in addition to having experience serving on governmental boards and professional committees.

Among his extensive clientele over the years there are names such as boxers Virgil Hill and Julio César Chávez, baseball players Curt Flood and Amos Otis, as well as well-known acting talents such as Pat Morita and Redd Foxx. He has also worked with various business and electronic gaming companies. 

Mendoza is confident in Risman’s abilities to handle various legal matters and meet the challenges of today’s pioneering boxing organization.
