WBA interim super welterweight titleholder Erislandy Lara (19-1-2, 12 KOs) scored a one-sided twelve round unanimous decision over Austin Trout (26-2, 14 KOs) in a rather dull fight between skilled southpaw counterpunchers. The quicker Lara dropped Trout in round eleven and won by scores of 118-109, 117-110, 117-110.
