The World Boxing Association champion Wladimir Klitschko will fight this Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Germany against Kubrat Pulev. However, the Bulgarian decided not to pay the black and gold sanction fee.
For that same reason, Pulev will not be able to win the World Boxing Organization belt.
He will only fight for the IBF, the organization that ordered him as mandatory as he only paid for that organization.
They both met the weight on Friday, Klitschko scored 245.8 and Pulev 246.9.
