Kenshiro and Olascuaga face to face at press conference

World Boxing Association (WBA) light flyweight champion Kenshiro Teraji went toe-to-toe with American Anthony Olascuaga at the final press conference before their bout this Saturday at the Ariake Arena in Koto Ku, Japan.

Both fighters attended the event with their teams before dozens of journalists.

Teraji, with his black and gold belt on one side and the WBC belt on the other, gave his impressions about the fight. The home fighter was motivated and focused to return to defend at home and intends to keep the championship in his possession.

Olascuaga, for his part, stressed that this opportunity is very important for his career and since he was told that there was the possibility of facing Teraji, he did not hesitate for a moment. The American comes from another continent with a clear objective and wants to surprise the world.

Also at the event were Takuma Inoue and Liborio Solis, who will clash for the vacant WBA bantamweight belt in the evening’s main event.
