During a press conference held on Tuesday, in Mexico, was presented the fight of the World Boxing Association unified champion Juan Francisco “gallo” Estrada who said “my fight with Segura can be the fight of the year”.
Estrada words refer to Giovanni Segura (32-3-1, 28 KO´s), his opponent for September 6, 2014 at the Arena Mexico, in Mexico City. He will defend his flyweight 112 lbs. unified title.
“”I’m prepared to throw punches throughout the 12 rounds, and I am prepared to avoid them, too”, he admits it will be a tough fight, and said that his opponents is of many punches, he is a warrior on the ring and that he is very difficult, but we are ready”, ended the unified WBA – WBO champion who has a record of 26-2, 19 KO´s.
In the same program will also fight the female super bantamweight 122 pounds champion, the well-known Aztec Princess, Jackie Navas, who said that he would like to have the titles of all organizations and she is excited fight again in Mexico City “I am proud be in Mexico, in the Arena, and return to boxing”.
