The Championships Committee announced the decision indicating that Denis Lebedev and Guillermo Jones need to reach an agreement to fight.

Sample B will not be opened, and Jones will meet a retroactive punishment six- months- inactivity-period, until November 17, 2013. In addition, the Russian fighter Lebedev will be recognized as champion.

According to the resolution, the deadline to reach an agreement is October 23.
