Hopey Price will contest the World Boxing Association (WBA) continental super bantamweight belt this Saturday against veteran Thomas Masson at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle, England. 

The bout will be one of the most important for his career as it represents a great test against a more experienced opponent, as Price said during the press conference held by both fighters on Thursday. 

Price wants a victory that will help him get the regional belt and show the world that he is a major contender in the division and a contender to fight for the world title in the future.

Masson, on the other hand, is a fighter with good experience who always goes out to the ring to complicate his opponents and wants to take advantage of all that to surprise the home fighter and get a win. 

After the press conference, now there is only one step left, which is the weigh-in ceremony this Friday. Both must weigh in at 122 pounds to be qualified to fight for the regional belt.
