Colombian Fran Mendoza (17-0, 7KO) defeated Canarian Jonathan Santana (9-5-1, 1KO) by unanimous decision in a bantamweight bout agreed to 8 rounds, which took place in the mythical pavilion of La Casilla, Bilbao. 

In the first rounds Mendoza had a hard time warming up, but from the fourth round on he managed to set the pace in each of them to leave no room for doubt in any of the scorecards and win unanimously and add his seventeenth victory. 

In the same evening, Jokin Garcia (7-0, 5KO) defeated Colombian Daniel Ibarguen by the scorecards, knocking him down on two occasions and was on the verge of a knockout. 

Also, Colombian Mario Ospina (8-0, 4KO) won a unanimous decision over Nicaraguan Gerson Larios and Spanish Jesus Laso (4-0, 2KO) knocked out English Calvin Jordan.
