The WBA Bilbao Boxing Night, which was scheduled to take place in the Basque Country on August 1st, has been postponed due to the fact that the context was not suitable for developing boxing in Spain at this moment.

Some new outbreaks, together with the fact that the gyms have not been able to fully open, forced the suspension of the event.

A number of talents, including WBA Interim Champion Miriam Gutierrez, are expected to participate on the program. The WBA is evaluating new dates in the future and will make a decision when it deems the situation is ideal to hold the event.
