Under the warm and elegant ring lights at the Casino de Buenos Aires, Argentina’s boxer Clara Lescurat defeated Mexico’s Naylea Gil Sanabia unanimously. Thus, Lescurat continues to hold the World Boxing Association super flyweight title.

Confident in her fists, the world champion went on the attack with the first bell, marking territory in the ring, without giving the challenger from Mexicali time to analyze.

Lescurat maintained the rhythm of the fight with a volume of punches to the abdomen area as well as to the upper part of Sanabia, who in spite of her attempts was unable to be assertive in her plan to go to the short distance.

While retaining her title, the fighter from Argentina, extended her numbers to 8 wins with 3 knockouts.
