In a week so loaded with good boxing and historic fights, perhaps a little less is being said about the undisputed super middleweight title showdown between Elin Cederroos and Franchon Crews-Dezurn, which will take place at Madison Square Garden this Saturday during the Taylor-Serrano show.

Sweden’s Cederroos is the World Boxing Association (WBA) and IBF champion, while American Crews-Dezurn holds the WBO and WBC crowns, making the winner of the fight the undisputed 168-pound champion.

Both come in on equal footing with two belts in their possession each and the goal is to show what kind of fight this is in the ring.

The atmosphere is ideal for such an important fight and complements the great night that women’s boxing will experience this weekend in the Capital of the World.
