The Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario, California will be the site of the this Friday fight between Andre Berto against Josesito Lopez for the interim 147 lbs title.

Both fighters complied with the weighing, on Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles. Berto made 146 lbs while Lopez weighed in at 146.3 and are ready and waiting for the opening bell.

California State Athletic Commission appointed the officials appointed Raúl Caíz Jr as the referee, and the judges will be Jerry Cantu, Max de Luca and Thomas Taylor. The WBA appointed Julio Thyme (PAN) as the supervisor.

Berto (29-2, 22 KO) and López (33-6, 19 KO) are making their first attempt for the black and gold belt. They are rated as 6 and 7 respectively.
