Last Saturday Artur Beterbiev won the WBA NABA Light Heavyweight 175 lbs title after knocking out Tavoris Cloud, at the Bell Centre, Montreal, Canadá.

Beterbiev, who is undefeated in 6 fights, all of them by KO, dominated Tavoris (24-2), knocking him down several times in the first round.

“It was after the second knockdown when I realized that I was hurting him”, Beterbiev told the Canadian Press.

On their part his trainers and manager highlighted the quality of the Russian Boxer acknowledging that he still has yet to improve.

Beterbiev was twice European champion, and champion of the world tournament once, in addition to having a sub Championship during his amateur career.
