In a press conference held at Fantastic Casino in Panama City, Panama, Moreno´s team confirmed the date of March 22 at the Arena Roberto Duran with a totally modified undercard now under the promotion of Promociones y Eventos del Istmo.

“We didn´t get the most convenient proposal from the original promoter so we decided for plan B with the local company which has promoted Anselmo´s defenses in the past” said Moreno´s wife and manager Rouss Laguna. “We are in good terms with Sampson Boxing but this time we have a better deal”, added Laguna.
