Only 20 days to start the World Boxing Association’s 92nd Annual Convention that will have as special guest and image of the event the super featherweight champion, Kina Malpartida.

The meeting will be held from October 13 to 19 at Los Delfines Hotel, in Lima and we are expecting to confirm the attendance of Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini, Orlando Romero, and Fernando “Rocco” Castro and Alberto Rossel among other figures yet to be confirmed.

On Monday will be Directorate meeting day, to review the reports of every committee, and the usage of half point and regulations. The second working day will have the opening session of the Assembly where the Panama 2013 Directorate Minute will be reviewed, as well as other general reports. The Welcome Banquet will be in the evening.

The Seminar for the International Officials is scheduled for Wednesday October 16, with activities to bring WBA referees and Judges up-to-date.

Thursday 17, will be the Medical Seminar Day, directed by Dr. Calvin Inalsingh. The last day will be held to review championships, ratings and other issues like the following convention site.
