The countdown to the official opening of the ‘Future WBA Champions’ has already started. Tonight, at 6:00 pm, Colombia time, every boxer from the 11 delegations will meet at the Colosseum of Fights in the Atanasio Girardot stadium in Medellin city, and they all will be introduced to the boxing fans.


A special person will attend the event, that is the President of the Colombian Olympic Committee, Mr. Baltazar Medina, who has always supported the Colombian sport and the events that take place in this country, especially at this opportunity since it is an international camp that will serve as training for the qualifying rounds of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.


More than 100 boxers, from Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, United States, Italy, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Uzbekistan and Venezuela, have the leading role in this camp that has been organized by the World Boxing Association – WBA along with the Colombian Boxing Federation.
