Cecilia Braekhus will return to the ring this Saturday at the Monte Carlo Casino to defend her World Boxing Association (WBA) Welterweight Title against the tough Argentine challenger Victoria Noelia Bustos.

After a long period of inactivity, the champion will put all her crowns into play and in the days before the fight, the final press conference was held this Thursday.

The “First Lady” of boxing knows what her priorities are and have not changed. Her only intention is to go out to win to remain the undisputed queen of all boxing with a new victory.

“I am here to beat Bustos on Saturday. I want to give a great demonstration,” said the Norwegian native of Colombian origin.

For her part, the South American knows that she faces the greatest challenge of her career but faces it with a lot of responsibility and motivation to surprise her.

“I know that Cecilia is the champion but I am well prepared to win another world title, said the challenger.

On Friday they will climb the scalesto mark the regulatory weight of the division (147 pounds) and once that process is completed, they will be ready to dispute the black and gold belt.
